Silent Hill Downpour: The terror of Terror

Silent Hill Downpour is a new title in the franchise known as horror video game Silent Hill. This new game is a very good honor to all the previous games playability issues but thanks to several moments of suspense and well-armed a new story experience is not good enough to end the entire franchise.

From prison to Silent Hill:

Surely no one needs to think more than twice to stay in prison is much better than a walk in Silent Hill, but our character to Downpour, Murphy Pendleton, had no choice and your visit to the town sinister it was very quiet.

The history of this new character is a bit confusing at the beginning of the game but as we move forward and tying up the plot takes shape and the suspense begins to be more real. On a journey from prison to prison in a traffic accident leaves Murphy in Silent Hill where he will face his fears and his past.

More creatures and more action:

Silent Hill Downpour has a lot more action than any previous title in the series, basing the adventure and experience more in melee combat against creatures and less on puzzles, collecting objects and deadly traps.

Unfortunately the combat system does not work very well, counting and movement with errors, problems with fights and creatures that can raise your heart rate but will never stop the game (as has happened in other titles). The crucial decision-making is also available in this game, but these do not affect both the future of gaming in the slightest.

Audio and video:

Another thing to criticize Silent Hill Downpour is the graphic section which is quite insufficient. The scenarios are basic, do not have many details, textures are pixelated and there are sharp edges on all sides. The movements of the characters are pretty rough.

With regard to this paragraph sound has not been worked but not that bad. Some sounds of suspense do their job exceptionally but are only a few moments, on the other voices also lack quality and feeling.

Conclusion:

It is unfortunate that a game has always been based on the suspense and mind games have opted in something like an action adventure that fills and is poorly constructed, a shame for fans of Silent Hill will not find in this game just another nightmare.
