I don’t want to go back to work today, mommy….
Don’t you wish that worked? I know I do.
So you’re back, and really, do you want to do any work this week? I don’t. I’ve been so busy the last ten days I don’t even remember what my name is, let alone what I’m supposed to be doing. Luckily for me, I have my name written on business cards to remind me.
But things have been busy, so I thought I would take it easy and go back to Greece for another game to show you guys (i.e. I’m writing this article LATE on Christmas day night and just really want to go into a food-coma from dinner.)
Remember a few weeks ago when we talked about Znax? Well, in that article I mentioned that I went to the website to research a different game.
Today, we’re going to talk about that game.
Spy reminds me a bit of Minesweeper, but in this game you know where
the bombs are. It’s your job to clear the screen without hitting
them. However, you can only move the number of spaces shown in each
box. You also have to avoid hitting the edge of the board, as well as
the path you’ve been making.
As I said, each box has a number. You can click up, down, left, right
or the diagonals. You have to have a good strategy to clear the board
to your goal, which the computer keeps track of). Each time you reset,
the screen scrambles everything and you start in a new spot with a new
goal. There are no levels, so once you beat it, you’re good.
I personally have not beaten the game, but I’ve gotten close. And I’m
going to keep trying until Friday because really, it’s three days till New
Year's. I’m not going to be doing any work. Who is?
One person has commented on this article. 1. Untitled SuperGuido, Super Administrator Meh...I got down to 39% and then was in a corner. I keep forgetting about that diagonal action because it's counterintuitive to me. From the pics in the article it is to you also ;)
