With SuperGuido out of town today, I'm filling in and submitting the V.C. PAL list, something I haven't done in awhile.  While some things haven't changed, the Europeans are getting some titles weeks after we in the States, other things are new: games never released outside of Japan.

Ninja Jajamaru-kun was released in 1985 for the Famicom (NES) in Japan, but the title never crossed the borders of the island nation, until now.  The folks in Europe will be able to get Ninja Jajamaru-kun today as it hits the Virtual Console along with Ninja Gaiden and World Class Baseball.

There was only one new game in the PlayStation store this week, but its sure to be a popular one.  LocoRoco Cocoreccho! is the second game in the Loco Roco series, which premiered on the PSP, and the first one for the PS3.  You may assume its a child's game, because of its cute, colorful style, but personally, I really enjoyed the first Loco Roco and am excited to see the next chapter.

Xbox Live is only offering one title this week, but it is an original.  Geon: Emotions is definately unique, and does offer single, multiplayer, and co-op play, so it might be worth a look.  At the very least, I'll try out the demo.

 

It's Monday, so in the States you know what that means: another batch of Nintendo Wii Virtual Console Releases.  Nothing special today, but the Nintendo fan-boys may be happy with this week's Yoshi title.
