I was fortunate to make a contact who had access to the great black monolith that is the Sony PlayStation 3. And although I had to drive across state lines, I must say, Sony's offering was impressive.
So, without further ado, here's the evidence. Warning: I am a TERRIBLE photographer.

Well, we told you it would happen, but you wouldn't believe us, would you? Your beloved EA, has done just what we said they would. They bought and sold your a$$.
According to this post on the ShackNews forums, "When you open the box, a big slip of paper falls out first, preceeding any discs or manuals. The slip of paper says, essentially, that 2142 includes monitoring software which runs while your computer is online, and records 'anonymous' information like your IP address, surfing habits (probably via cookie scans), and other 'computing habits' in order to report this information back to ad companies and ad servers, which generates in-game ads."

Today EA released a host of screenshots from the upcoming Superman Returns game. I enjoyed the film though I must admit I was a little confused on the premise at first. But it all became clear over time. I can't say I was thrilled with the casting of Lois Lane, but nothing's ever perfect...even the Man of Steel.

As most of you know, Jack Thompson was playing not-so-noble Don Quixote again: chasing a villian that just wasn't there. He filed lawsuit in Florida trying to prevent the sale of Rockstar's forthcoming video game, Bully, claiming the game was a public nuisance. This is shortly after Jack won a case in which he demanded an advance copy of Bully so he could determine if it was, in fact, a public nuisance. I guess according to Jack it was.
Well, Niero from Destructoid was on hand to eye witness the victory, and gives a great blow-by-blow account of the proceedings. Its really worth the read, and shows a bit of the "softer side of Jack".
