New details on Halo 3 from Bungie, via Swedish magazine LEVEL. They revealed a great deal of their recent sitdowns with bungie, including details about weapon, vehicle, level, control and collector's edition details.

Weapons
Spartan Laser - tool that has the power to disable vehicles with a single shot
Brute Spike Grenade - sticks to walls and shoot out nails when they explode
Spikers - a melee weapon

* Secondary weapons will be visible strapped to a player's back.

Vehicles
Mongoose - quad bike that can carry two people but lacks weapons

Levels
Valhalla - similar to Blood Gulch
High Ground - similar to Zanzibar
Snowbound - similar to Frost Bite

Misc.
Man Cannon - it sounds a bit like an aimable bounce-pad
X button - some unknown multiplayer functionality, possibly to grab an enemy's gun
LB & RB - reload left and right weapons individually.

Legendary Edition
- A replica Spartan helmet
       -Four DVDs
       -The game
       -Documentaries and developer commentaries
       -Bonus material like Red vs. Blue episodes
       -Cut-scenes from Halo 1 to 3 in high-definition
       -Halo film trailer
