Growing up, my mother used to entertain me by handing me pieces of jewelery that had gotten all tangled up, expecting me to get them all straightened out. Later in life, I was responsible for all the wiring from the TV, VCR, cable box, and the Nintendo system.
And I have short hair for a reason. Hair tangles are NOT fun to try and get straightened, let me tell you.
But seeing that I've always been good at untangling things, you'd think that I would be good at a game called Untangle, right?
Wow. I have never wanted to throw my mouse across the room more than I
have with this game. But... I can't stop playing. And the gameplay is SO simple
too. Click on a circle, move it, and position it so that
no lines in the image are crossing. It's not a game of timing or
skill, but of logic.
Simple; I'm a logical person. This should be a piece of cake, right?
Yeah... no.
I'm sitting here working on level 8 (level 7 having taken 10 minutes)
and I'm whimpering. I don't want to play anymore. But... but... I can
just move it there and it'll work! Really!
Am I sounding crazy yet? Trust me, by the time you get to level 8,
you'll be talking to the computer too. And yet... you will keep
playing...
Can't wait to see what I'm like when I hit level 17 (the last one).
Readers have left 2 comments. 1. Untitled SuperGuido, Super Administrator Ok I ripped through 13 levels and then emails started piling up. This is just like Planarity, another game I used to play all the time when I worked with Stypica because we really didn't have all that much work to do...in the beginning down there in the desert. 2. Untitled stypica, Publisher I came across this game a few months ago - it gets really twisty really quick. Don't remember what level I got to, but played for hours and the small circles in the beginning were over-lapping each other. The challenge becomes organizing where to put the dots while untangling!
