[OpEd] [News]

I had not really planned a part 3 but Mr. Cho replied to a few questions I sent this week about Majesco and Wiiware, so I thought I would post the answers as they are really quite interesting.

[SG]: First - Majesco announced Blast Works - a game that looks and sounds very much like Tumiki Fighters, thoughts?

[KC]: I'd received an offer of porting TUMIKI Fighters to Wii from Majesco and Budcat and I replied [they could] feel free to use it under the BSD license.

[SG]: Second - Nintendo announced WiiWare which will be small new games for  download, NOW will you try to get your games to a wider audience? :)

[KC]: If I can get SDK. Perhaps Nintendo will not open SDK to a single amateur developer.

Nintendo, I implore you, give Kenta Cho a WiiWare SDK! Because now I truly believe he makes games for the art and the fun and you would stand to benefit from his games' popularity.

Thank you Mr. Cho, I hope you will keep us all informed on whether or not you get into the WiiWare. I will keep my eyes open for it next year.
