Standard Contest Rules

All contests that use the standard Gamerz Holdingz, LLC. contest rules, such as this one, require each contestant to be 18 years of age or older on or prior to start of the contest in order to enter. The start and end dates of this contest is listed on the related/appropriate contest page. The specifics about the prizes available for this contest are also listed on the contest page. All prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as offered, as there will be no substitutions and no cash equivalent. The winner(s) of the contest are chosen at random by the sponsor unless the contest has unique requirements that are stated on the contest page in order to win. Should the contest offer more than one prize, only one unique contestant can win each prize. One contestant cannot win multiple prizes within the same contest. All decisions of the sponsor with respect to all aspects of the contest are final. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and to substitute a prize of equivalent value should the prize described herein become unavailable. The sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the sweepstakes contest at any time if a computer virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the sweepstakes promotion. By claiming the prize, the selected entrant waives the right to claim any cost of winning the prize including, without limitation, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem the prize and bears in full any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem the prize. Waiver of Liability:

Winner agrees, except where prohibited, that Gamerz Holdingz, LLC may use winners names, picture, portrait, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation. By entering, the contestant agrees that sponsor(s), its affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall be held harmless for and against any damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this sweepstakes.  By entering into the contest, contestant agrees that he or she meets the requirements of entry listed in Standard Contest Rules and/or special rules pertaining to each contest as listed on contest page. Contestant waives right to hold Gamerz Holdingz, LLC responsible for any loss of property, injury, or any damages that occur directly or indirectly due to contestant not meeting contest requirments. Sponsor(s) makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of prize. Those contestants who choose to opt-in or subscribe to the sponsor's and/or GenerationGamerz.com's email list for future promotional offers hereby holds the sponsor(s) and/or Gamerz Holdingz , LLC. harmless and will not report either party to the spam cops and acknowledges that the sponsor(s) and GenerationGamerz.com is in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 when receiving such future email offers or news as requested. The contestant may, however, opt-out or unsubscribe to such email offers at any time if he or she wishes to do so. How To Enter

No purchase necessary. Enter to win at GenerationGamerz.com. This can be done by creating a profile on GenerationGamerz.com and following the contest guidelines. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. You must have valid profile information. If you create bogus email addresses and bogus US Postal Addresses, you will need to prove that such an address exists. If you moved, you need to prove through official means (i.e. bank statements or driver's license or passport or other publicly accepted verifiable means). The sponsor nor Gamerz Holdingz , LLC. are not responsible for errors with your postal system, telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, misdirected, lost, stolen or otherwise illegible. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder, is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, On-line service provider, or other organization ( e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. One entry per contestant unless stated by specific individual contest rules.  No duplicate entries unless stated by specific individual contest rules. Each contestant also hereby certifies and verifies that he or she is at least 18 years of age. He or she also agrees that he or she will not later claim to be a different age or attempt to transfer his or her profile to a friend or family member who is at least 18 years of age especially in the event he or she wins a contest and does not meet the minimum age (18) requirement.

Selection of Winner - Eligibility

Each contest retains its own selection process and can be found in the specific individual contest rules. All eligible entries received and the selected winning entrant will be notified by email within 72 hours of the draw. Entries must be sent via e-mail or private message on GenerationGamerz.com and must be dated no later than 11:59 pm of the End Date of the contest in question. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received by all contestants with no duplicate contestants unless specifically stated by individual contest rules. Before being declared the winner, the selected contestant will be required to electronically sign a Release Form, confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as offered, and releasing the participating sponsor(s) and their respective employees and agents from any responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, damages, misfortune or expense resulting from the use or enjoyment of the prize. If the selected entrant is unwilling or unable to comply with the contest rules within two weeks of the draw, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another winner will be randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries received. Contest is open to all residents (excluding areas where prohibited by law) of the world unless otherwise stated in the rules, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families of the sponsor(s), Gamerz Holdingz , LLC., its partners and affiliates, their respective employees, independent contractors, commissioned employees, and participating contest sponsors are not eligible. By entering the contest, the entrants agree to give the sponsor(s) permission to use their name and/or picture in contest publicity without compensation other than the prize offered.
